ACT Scale Modellers' Society Inc

We exist to promotes the hobby of scale modelling (aircraft, ships, vehicles, cars, figures, etc) . We meet from 7:30pm second Wednesday of the month, upstairs at the Hellenic Club in Woden. Please see our website for more details.

This society has been in existence since 1972 and caters for members who collect or build “scale” models. Associated with this is the encouragement of basic improvement of members’ modelling skills and techniques.

The society’s charter caters for all ages and skill levels, with our major aim being the promotion of the hobby and improving the modelling standards of society members. To this end we hold regular workshops and discussions on skills and techniques at our monthly meetings. We also host regular guest speakers who speak on a diverse range of topics relating to scale modelling and historical subjects.

Fees: Annual membership is AU$25 for adults (Full), AU$15 for juniors (under 16), AU$25 for families.
