Vocational Assessment and Rehabilitation Service (VARS)

Provides assessment and support for those who have had an accident or illness and want to return to work or related activities.

Works as part of the Community Rehabilitation Program and can see clients of working age of 16yrs or older with vocational goals. Provides services for those returning to pre-injury employment or those who need to consider alternate occupational roles due to their disability.

The VARS team includes occupational therapists and a teacher who specialises in computer based programs.
