Case Management

We provide case management to vulnerable young people and families throughout the Canberra community. Our case management framework is strengths based and participant driven.

Our case management is part of the ACT Community Services Directorate's Child Youth and Family Support Program. The team of case managers at Canberra PCYC use a strengths-based approach to build positive relationships with young people and families, helping them set goals and find solutions, and linking them with valuable supports in their own communities. Case managers are in regular communication with stakeholders, and our case management service can also include referral to our parenting programs, outreach programs, and activities and fitness at our Erindale Centre in Wanniassa. Our case managers work together with young people and families to help bring about positive change and increased resilience, turning hope in to confidence for a positive future.
