Woden Seniors Tai Chi and Gentle Exercise Group

Gentle exercise classes for people over 50. Classes 7:30-8:30am Wednesdays and 2-3:30pm Thursdays.

Woden Seniors Gentle Exercise Group

A YMCA physical activity program for older adults who value their independence, want to improve their mobility skills and prevent falls. Meets 9:30-10:30am Tuesdays.

Woden Seniors Ever Active Exercise Group

This class is for people living independently and physically able and active. It is fairly energetic starting with a warm up of aerobic activities for about 20 minutes, followed by strength exercises, balance and coordination activities, stretching, and mat work to improve flexibility. Meets 8:30-9:30am Wednesdays
