Endeavour Foundation - Home Care Packages South

Endeavour Foundation offers Home Care Packages to older adults (with or without a disability) living in the Brisbane North and South areas. Home Care Packages are individually tailored to meet the needs of individuals ensuring that people have control and choice over the care/support they receive.

A range of services are offered in this program, for example: • Personal care; • Social support; • Transport to and from appointments; • Meal preparation; • Laundering; or • Gardening
