Welcome to St John's Community Care Ltd

We are a community based organisation established in 1997.  Since then we have been providingn high quality, client oriented, community focused Aged Care and Disability Support services throughout Queensland.

Our Brisbane North office was established in early 2014 on 31st March 2014 providing a range of services for clients, their carers and families, that assist people to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible.

We are a state wide service, delivering the followingn services to the Brisbane North area:
