Welcome to St John's Community Care Ltd

We are a community based organisation established in 197.  Since then we have been providing lhigh quality, client oriented, community focused Aged Care and Disability Support services throughout Queensland.

Our Brisbane North Office was established early 2014 and started 31 March 2014 providing a range of services for clients, their carers and families, that assist people to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible.

We are a state wide service, delivering the following services to the Brisbane North area:

     *     Domestic Assistance

     *     Allied Health

     *     Disability Host Provider

     *     Aged Care Services

     *     Disability Services
