Wesley Mission Brisbane has been caring for the Queensland community for more than 100 years.

Since our inception in 1906 in the roots of the Albert Street Methodist church in Brisbane, Wesley Mission Brisbane has been living our mission by supporting people on the margins of our society.

With more than 100 years of experience, we are one of Queensland’s leading not for profit organisations. Offering community support, aged care, child care and employment and training services, the work of Wesley Mission Brisbane reaches throughout Queensland encouraging social inclusion and strengthening communities.

We provide a range of vital services and programs supporting youth and families, people living with a disability, the elderly, job-seekers and those who have nowhere else to turn.

As the first provider of aged care in Queensland we have been honoured to share in the lives of elders for generations and provide Queensland seniors with residential aged care, in-home care, respite care and independent retirement living options.

WMB is the operational partner for Queensland’s only children’s hospice, Hummingbird House; OzHarvest in Queensland, the Youngcare Apartments at Sinnamon Village, Coomera and Wooloowin and registered training organisation, Career Keys.

We are known and respected by government, industry partners and the community for our ability to provide and initiate services and programs in response to the ever changing needs within our community.
