Community Visitors Scheme (CVS) – This service aims to enrich the quality of life of residents in aged care facilities who are isolated or lonely, and would benefit from a visitor. To provide one on one volunteer visiting to residents in aged care homes who are socially and culturally isolated and whose quality of life would be enriched by companionship and friendship.

 

Hands on Care (HOC) –  This service offers visiting and providing social support service to isolated older people and younger disabled in acute and residential care. To reduce social and cultural isolation of residents in acute and residential acute.
