The Fun FRIENDS Program helps guide the social and emotional development of children aged 4 to 7 by using fun, play-based group activities.

FRIENDS for Life is proven to reduce anxiety and give participants the tools they need to cope in these stressful and challenging situations.

My FRIENDS YOUTH gives participants the tools to cope with the new challenges & experiences that come with being a teen.

The Adult Resilience course is ideal for students in year 11 or 12 as they may start to deal with a dramatic increase in schooling, social, and home pressures.
