Australian Red Cross provides Child Services in different locations of QLD and known in the service names as listed below :

 

• Family Support Program - Warwick, Brisbane North, Townsville & Coboolture/ Redcliffe
• Early Years – Ipswich & Grovely/ Keperra

• Referral for Active Intervention (RAI) – Rockhampton & Townsville
• Gumbi Gunyah Women & Children’s Wellbeing Centre – Woorabinda
• Home Interaction Program for Parents & Youngsters (HIPPY) – Ipswich, Mt Morgan & Caboolture

 

Each of the above mentioned services are working towards the strategic alignment of Child live, and learn to reach their potential, within safe, strong and resilient families and communities. Also addressing Indigenous families and their communities to have the support and capacity to challenge the cycle of intergenerational disadvantage and vulnerability. And reducing the impact of homelessness and patterns of mobility for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
