Chermside And Districts Historical Society

The Chermside & District Historical Society Inc researches the history of the suburbs that used to be part of the old Kedron Shire Council. The Society was formed in 1998 and meets in the old Chermside State School.We have large resources on the school, as well as many class photographs.

We also collect photographs of the area and display them at various venues.

We have published a history of the area, also of the school.

We are open on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month from 2-4pm.
