• TeleCHAT (Telephonic service) – South East Qld
• Bridges Program – Mackay, Roma, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Cairns and Townsville.
 
Personal Helpers & Mentors (PHaMS) is a service which runs to assist people with mental illness, their families and carers to manage the impact of mental illness. Provides increased opportunities for recovery by helping participants, using a strength based and culturally appropriate service approach. This program also focus on people experiencing at risk of homelessness.
 
 
Telecross is a free Red Cross service that provides a short reassuring daily phone call to people living in the community to ensure they are safe and well. Wellbeing check for vulnerable people and special needs group.
 
 
TeleCHAT is a free Red Cross service that provides a social telephone call to enhance the social connectedness of older people who are marginalised, isolated and vulnerable.
 
Bridges is a social connectedness and peer support program that helps restore individual and groups, connections to their local community to reduce social and cultural isolation, through volunteer assistance Bridges helps people with similar life experience.
