Too many young Australians with high care needs are being left behind in inappropriate housing, such as aged care. These young people deserve the freedom to choose where they live, who they live with and how they live their lives and it's up to all of us to make sure that happens. Youngcare supports individuals through our various grants and research programs including; At Home Care Grants, Home Soon Grants, Knowledge Partnerships and Youngcare Connect.
