The QCU operates the Workers' Compensation Information Service (WCIS) to assist Queensland workers understand their rights and entitlements under the workers' compensation scheme in Queensland.
You can contact the WCIS to:
- obtain information and guidance on timelines;
- get advice on making a claim;
- receive assistance in lodging an Application for Review;
- obtain general information on Appeals or the Medical Assessment Tribunal.
