Health and Home Safety Group - Brisbane and Ipswich

Health and Home Safety Group provides a mobile service throughout Brisbane and Ipswich. Our Occupational Therapists are registered with DVA, MASS and other HACC services to assess and prescribe mobility aids, assistive equipment, continence aids as well as minor and major bathroom renovations.  These includes grab rails, ramps, bathroom renovations, wheelchairs, walkers, toilet frames, shower chairs and stair lifts.

Our Occupational Therapists are also able to complete cognitive assessments as well in home rehabilitation following stroke and other medical conditions as well as post surgery including knee and hip replacements.
