Family Mental Health Support Services - South Brisbane

Our Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS), is funded by the Department of Social Services.

FMHSS provides free, individual outreach support for children and young people aged 0 to 18 years, with the involvement of their families. Meaning we go to the families to work with them in a comfortable environment such as their home.

Our team of Child, Youth and Family Practitioners have worked with over 500 individuals in the FMHSS program. Helping them address their mental health concern with this early intervention support program.

This program is suitable for children who are:

- Experiencing a diagnosed mental health concern;
- Showing early signs and symptoms of a mental health concern; or
- At risk of developing a mental health concern.

WE ACCEPT REFERRALS FROM INDIVIDUALS AND INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS
