Northside Health Service District

The Northside Health Service District's new Central Referral Unit has commenced operation. This unit provides a single point of contact to assist consumers, hospitals, General Practitioners and domiciliary services to access Queensland Health community based health services in the northern suburbs of Brisbane and Pine Rivers. This single point of contact will provide client access to community services providing post acute, rehabilitation and chronic disease support and management . You can also contact the unit for information about services and referral processes. To make a referral to the community services listed above you no longer need to contact the individual community health centres (Brighton, Chermside, Lutwyche, North West, Pine River and Toowong). The new Central Referral Unit is the second Central Referral Unit for Northside Primary and Commuity Health services.
