Who is the program suitable for? Young People, 12- 25 years

What does headspace do? Provides support services for mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drugs or work and study support.

How are these services offered? Psychology, GP and specialist appointments to suit the clients needs all in the one location

What does it cost? All Services are Free of Charge (Psychology Appointments Free with a Mental Health Care Plan)

Where is this located? Inala – Inside the PCYC

How do you access the service? There really is no wrong door. Direct appointments and referrals from parents, GPs and guidance offers are the the most common. THERE IS NO WRONG DOOR. Any young person can come in themselves to arrange a appointment.

COVID-19 Update 

We are still working through this together. Keeping our safe place, safe! 

As restrictions ease in Queensland our team is now returning to the office and we are gradually re-introducing face-to-face sessions. We care very much about the health and safety of our team, the young people we meet and our community, so we are taking careful steps as we return to our centre. How we are delivery our services now: 

• Our team has returned to headspace Inala centre after completing detailed covid-safe training, 
• Phone and video call appointments continue to be available to all clients, 
• Face-to-face appointments are now available for clients who have completed COVID screening questions , 
• We are trying to keep traffic within our centre to a minimum so we encourage  drop-ins, young people, family, friends and referrers to  contact reception between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday on (07) 3727 5000 or [email protected].  
• We are taking additional steps to keep our centre clean and  safe for everyone.   
• We ask that if you are unwell or may fall into a vulnerable category that you contact us via phone  to arrange a telehealth appointment.
