Focused Health Care Pty Ltd is an Australian Registered Company established in June 2016. The general purpose and mission of Focused Health Care is to support our clients and enable them to maintain their independence and dignity through the provision of a wide variety of home care services.

The key feature of our in-home aged care services is that we currently care for our clients in a number of places. To Focused Health Care, the term ‘home’ can take many meanings and is seen as individualised homes, caravan parks, hostels, retirement villages, and even to the extent of park benches to care for the homeless.

The benefit of our home care services is that they keep our clients in their familiar environments and promotes an independent and health lifestyle for our clients as they age. As our service is heavily directed by our clients it gives them the choice of the care they wish to be provided with which helps to maintain their self-esteem and allows our clients to participate in community activities of their choosing which can decrease rates of loneliness and boredom.

Currently, Focused Health Care is focusing on providing these services to those who reside in Brisbane North and surrounding suburbs. Over time Focused Health Care aims to expand our catchment area as much as possible.
