Children First offers a program for children aged 5-15 years who are adjusting to family life after the divorce or separation of their parents. Children are grouped according to their age and work in small groups with an experienced facilitator. Through a variety of creative activities children will look at the changes that have taken place in their lives, exploring their feelings and expressing these feelings appropriately. This process strengthens the children's self esteem and capacity to cope with change.
