About Us
This is an exercising group of people of any fitness level over 50, it is a fun and safe community for anyone to join.
There are 4 classes on offer consisting of a spin class, circuit style class, core and balance class and a strenght weights bases group.
Participants will learn correct exercise technique and enjoy an inviting socal atmospher as well. All clases aim to increase fitness, stregnth, improve qauilty of life and prevent falls.
