Goju Ryu applies not just to karate, but to day to day life, Its' hardness or softness will enable you to deal with life. Karate will build character, cultivate intellect before strength drills help students to understand the applications of the kata, developing proper rhythm & flow. Practice with attack & defence teaches basic movements, basic techniques, power generation and breathing techniques. It is also the foundation of body conditioning, discipline and instills loyalty.
