About Us

 Our PCYC Air Conditioned Gym is fully equipped with Cardio and Weights equipment. As well as our fully equipped gym, our Health and Fitness instructor Sean Carroll provides both children and adults with a verity of classes and activities. These classes include Mini Boxercise, Kids Boxercise, Adult Boxercise, Boot Camp, Senior Fitness, Beep Test's and Personal Training. You can also speak to Sean about advice and any support you need.
