Crossroads Respite Centre - Chermside West

Crossroads is an accredited disability support provider offering a range of flexible and innovative support options for people with an intellectual disability.  We do this through a range of respite, social, and recreational holiday programs that enable life enriching experiences and relationships.

 

 

Crossroads runs two distinct programs that both offer varied and exciting opportunities for people with a disability.  Our weekday and weekend programs service Brisbane North West residents, and our holiday program services Queensland residents.

 

Sometimes you just need to get away.  Through our Break-away weekend event and holiday programs we support people with a disability to enjoy new and exciting experiences, whether they be local, interstate or overseas; from just a few hours to a week or more.

 

Every event and holiday is designed to provide a happy, enjoyable and memorable experience for participants.  Eligibility criteria and waiting lists apply, so please contact Crossroads to discuss this further.  Crossroads welcomes members from diverse cultural backgrounds, including people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent.

 

Crossroads Break-away Week-end Events & Holiday Programs

In addition to our weekday respite program, Crossroads offers members supported weekend activities and holidays. Weekend social events range from a few hours to a full weekend, including overnights, and holidays range from a few nights to a week or more. Weekend and holiday program pricing is presently factored on a ratio of 3 member to 1 support person.
