Trinity Beach is one of Cairns' more well-known northern beaches, offering a range of accommodation options as well as a great selection of cafes and restaurants. Lined with beautiful beach almond and coconut trees, finding a shady spot along the beach is always easy. There are also plenty of free barbecues to make use of along the shoreline. You'll find a number of walking tracks in the area including the popular Earl Hill walking trail and the short but scenic Taylor's Point at the southern end of the beach. Located only 30 minutes north of Cairns Central Business District and 10 minutes south of Palm Cove, Trinity Beach is patrolled year-round with stinger nets present in the warmer months.
