AusCongo Network - Bellbird Park

The AusCongo Network (ACN) is a grass roots community and enterprise development organisation based in Mbuji Mayi Democratic Republic of Congo and Brisbane Australia.  We are partners with World Relief Australia providing transparency and accountability of how our money is managed.  Refugees from Congo often feel compelled, and are happy to send money back to their family in Congo. As much as these funds are needed and assist, it is not sustainable and continues the cycle of poverty. To break this cycle, microfinance programs. where funds are loan to those in Congo who otherwise would not be able to get a loan, in order for them to set up there own small business, creating an income-breaking the poverty cycle.
