yourtown's Transition To Work program provides practical interventions for 15-21 year olds in preparation for entering a workplace. For young people struggling to find employment, this program can help with understanding workplace requirements and developing specific attitudes, skills and behaviours expected by employers. 

The Transition To Work program in Ipswich is designed for those who are not currently in education, training or work and who are most at risk of long term unemployment.
