About Us
Sometimes it's hard to take a break when you're caring for someone who's living with a disability or needs special support. Our respite services are designed to meet the needs of the individual living with a disability while giving carers a well deserved break.The Taking Time (Respite Care) program supports families and other voluntary care givers of people living with a disability by offering flexible respite options such as:

- Life Without Barriers respite house
- Planned and emergency options
- Recreational and educational activities
- Home/family options
