About Us

Provides future planning, support and education services to assist older parents who care for a child with disability. Builds on the strength and expertise of the family, providing a personalised plan to enhance a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding application. Eligibility: People with a permanent disability aged 18-65yrs, who live with their family/carer in the ACT.
