About Us
Community Rehabilitation Team
Provides rehabilitation services. Focus on improving clients' functional capacity, retraining lost or impaired skills and supporting psychosocial functioning. Multidisciplinary team comprises occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, social work, psychology, rehabilitation nursing, vocational assessment and rehabilitation.
