Active Recovery

Rehabilitation and physiotherapy practice aimed at reducing symptoms of pain, weakness, loss of strength, confidence and function via an active approach (cognitive functional). Services range from helping people who are having difficulty returning to their pre-injury duties following a work injury through to people not able to undertake their usual activities of daily living and recreational activities due to an illness or injury.
