CIT Fit & Well is open to the public - anyone can join! You don't need to be a CIT student or staff member to take advantage of this great fitness centre.

With loads of modern fitness equipment, a brand new functional training area as well as group exercise classes and personal training, there is something to suit everyone.

Personal Training

Get in shape and improve your fitness under the guidance of CIT Fit & Well personal trainers!

CIT Fit & Well offers student personal training packages for anyone who wants to get in shape and improve their health, whatever your goals or fitness levels. Parking is also convenient and free.

Personal training at CIT Fit & Well includes fitness assessments, programming and at least two personal training sessions a week.

Group Exercise Classes

CIT Fit & Well has a partnership with the Heart Foundation to deliver Heartmoves, a low-to-moderate intensity exercise program designed for people who are living with health conditions.

CIT Fit & Well also offers Osteocise and Yoga classes.
