About Us
This program is a group format gym-based fitness class of one-hour duration - consisting of a gentle progressive group warm up, followed by individually designed programs using machine or weight based equipment which focuses on functional strength and conditioning and finishing with a group cool-down stretch either on the floor or standing. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels your individual program will be designed to suit your fitness needs.
Sessions run on Monday from 10:45-11:45am, Tuesday from 9:30-10:30am and on Thursday at 9:30-10:30am and 11am-12pm.
