About Us
Provides services to the frail aged and people with disabilities, their families and their carers. Therapy support for people with an intellectual disability and their families and carers. Assists with personal care, respite care and domestic support. The Queanbeyan Cooma Multi-Disciplinary Access team provides assessment and referral; case management.
Fees: Service fees apply for Home Care clients. Concessions negotiable for Home Care clients
