Our workers are culturally trained and so services are delivered in a culturally appropriate way for First Nations peoples.

When the clinic is in Biloela, the staff are available 9.30am to 4.00pm.   Appointment bookings are preferred but patients are welcome to drop in. Appointments can be made by phoning 4979 0992.

This is a bulk billing service. Transport can also be arranged if required.

Our Family Wellbeing Service also assists the Biloela community, offering culturally responsive support to improve social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing, and build capacity to safely care for and protect children.  This service is delivered from the premises at 64 Callide Street in the city centre and out in the community.  The team works across the district building community relationships and building family capacity through networks and internal services available at Nhulundu Health Service.  To find out more details on what assistance the Family Wellbeing Service provides and how to access the service please call the team on 4979 0992.
