Salvation Army - Head Office (Care Line)

YOS accommodation program supports up to 8 young people across two sites in indepnedant living arrangements. Supporting young people to overcome adversity, YOS works on a housing first model of care.

Residents are supported in achieving their goals towards independance through detailed case planning.  The program offers transitional housing in fully furnished units with individual bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas.
