About Us
Our beautiful centre is a social hub with activities, entertainment and services such as hairdressing and podiatry. Our home-cooked lunches and morning teas are nutritionally balanced and beautifully prepared in-house. Transport is included in our low fee.
Activities include allied health assessments, gentle exercise classes, Chair Tai-Chi, art and craft activities as well as activities that are designed to support memory and cognitive function.
The Paddington Centre can also arrange home nursing, in-home personal care and in-home allied health services.
